Can I take this while breastfeeding?

Yes. The ingredients have been selected to be suitable during breastfeeding. If you have specific medical conditions or concerns, speak with your healthcare professional before use.

You can begin once you have delivered your baby and are eating and drinking normally.

Can I take it after a caesarean birth?

Yes. Collagen provides amino acids that support normal connective tissue repair, while vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation.

How long should I take it?

We recommend taking it for at least three months after birth, although many mothers choose to continue as part of their long-term wellbeing routine.

Will it help my hair after pregnancy?

Many women experience increased hair shedding several months after birth due to hormonal changes. While no supplement can prevent normal postnatal hair shedding, collagen provides amino acids that contribute to the structure of hair, skin and nails.

Does it contain sugar?

No added sugar.

Is it flavoured?

Why bovine collagen?

Bovine collagen is naturally rich in Type I and Type III collagen—the predominant collagen types found in skin, connective tissue, muscles and many structures involved in postnatal recovery.

Does collagen increase breast milk?

There is currently no good evidence that collagen directly increases milk supply. However, it provides high-quality protein and amino acids that support maternal nutrition during the postnatal period.

Can vegetarians use this?

No. This product contains bovine collagen.
