Fabulous product – high quality and really comprehensive. I used it throughout my first pregnancy and will absolutely be using it again. I regularly recommend it to my clients as a fertility nutritionist. It includes choline, which is so important yet often missing from prenatal supplements, and provides appropriate iron levels for pregnancy, unlike many other brands where intake can fall short and contribute to anaemia. Big fan!

Before purchasing I did a lot of research around antenatal vitamins. As a simpleton when it comes to food I wanted to be sure baby was getting everything they need! I was iron deficient prior to pregnancy so needed to find something containing good qualities.. I chose this brand after careful consideration and plenty of reading! I have been taking the essence capsules alongside the omega capsules for a while now and am very happy with the contents and benefits… my midwife even said I have the best irons levels she’s seen in a pregnant woman. Would definetly recommend!!!

Has a very strong smell, the pills are quite large so if you have difficulty swallowing large pills then you might want to open it up and mix it in your tea, water or fruit juice. It has choline in the recommended quantity, this is rare as some companies don’t offer choline in their pregnancy supplements at all and others don’t have anywhere close to the recommended amount.
This works! My blood levels were all within normal range since I’ve started using this pre-pregnancy. I’m on a monthly subscription now that I’m pregnant!

I was looking for a prenatal vitamin with choline, and they are very difficult to find. No one seems to be aware of its importance in the UK and especially during breast feeding.

I love how complete this multivitamin is. However…. The smell!! I find it has an atrocious, fishy smell and trying to make myself take three of these per day was… quite the challenge. For a multivitamin that is geared towards pregnant women (who are experiencing heightened sense of smell, food aversions, nausea…) I would have hoped the pills would have had this in mind. I bought two bottles and won’t be buying any more, unfortunately.

HATEE THE SMELL. Love the fact it’s got so much stuff in it that other companies don’t. BUT you have to take three decent size tablets and the smell of the tablets are horrendous. I know I’m pregnant and smells are like 10 times worse anyway but my husband can’t even smell them without gagging … it’s that bad. Anyway, I managed to take them for a week and then I swapped back to my old ones and started taking Choline separately. (the main reason I started worrying about Choline intake was because I don’t eat much meat, i’m not veggie but i just don’t have much urge for it)

One of the only multivitamins I could find that aren't full of miscellaneous rubbish but gives a decent dosage of the vitamins required according to the most recent studies. The tablets themselves don't smell very nice at all but they're a manageable size.
These tablets are very good quality. Best on the market according to my research. Absorbing iron very well and don’t have any constipation like usual methyl folate the doctors give

Ive been using the multi vitamins throughout my second pregnancy, I feel great, not only am I getting whatever I need in terms of essential vitamins but in my mind I know whats going inside me and my baby is the purest we can get! side note I also met the founders of the brand at the excel baby show and its a real privilege to support these very special and genuine ladies! Both my husband and I use the probiotics and the nourish body oil aswell and we are obsessed, we have purchased everything multiple times already!
This prenatal vitamin has everything that I was looking for in the right amounts - particularly the choline and folate (rather than folic acid). However, my body just cannot seem to handle the iron (or gentler forms either). Would love to see an iron free version of this for those of us who cannot tolerate it as it is a great product that is reasonably priced!

I started using these after my doctor recommended them. These definitely helped with my energy and iron levels. The difference was noticeable and the capsules helped me to have a good pregnancy and deliver a healthy baby. Would definitely recommend
These pills smell awful, so if suffering nausea, do hold your breath while you take one out and again when you eat it. BUT prior to these I was taking a one a day approach and felt a bit rollercoastery with symptoms. These, I have one with breakfast, one with an afternoon snack and one before bed, and I feel sooo much better. I forgot to take one one day and within a few hours was feeling crappy. So glad of these and knowing its folate not folic acid is even better.
Was previously talking purer mama choline in addition to another independent brand of prenatal vitamin. When they finished I switched completely to the essence capsule which the purer mama team explained had the extra choline dose in it so I’d only need to take one supplement. I feel happy taking the essence capsule in my third trimester and reassured that the team behind it at paediatric and obstetrics and gynae UK specialists. My GI symptoms seem to have settled since the change over too. My only slight niggle is you need three supplements a day so I split them 2 i the morning and one at evening meal!
I reviewed this product before whilst I was on my 3rd trimester, I was already amazed. I’m 2 months pp and still taking it, I’m also BF. All I can say is this multivitamin definitely works! 6 hours PP my hemoglobin blood were all within normal. Also whilst I was pregnant, I was never ill of any colds or anything! Amazing product I can’t review enough. I intend to take this until I stop BF. Thank you to those who has put this together!
So far so good just wish they didn’t have such a strong smell as they are hard to take if your sense of smell is heightened. Smells a little fishy. But otherwise I am satisfied with choline content which is absent in other pregnancy supplements
