How Vitalis works
Vitalis asks you a series of clinically-informed questions about your:
- Current life stage (trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, perimenopause, postmenopause)
- Key symptoms and health concerns
- Current diet and lifestyle
- Existing supplements and medications
- Health goals
Based on your responses, Vitalis generates a personalised supplement recommendation — drawing from BePurer's doctor-designed product range and explaining the evidence behind each recommendation.
